Returns & Refund Policy

At Miraj Store, we want every customer to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as described, you may request a return or exchange within a set period, usually 7–14 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received. Certain items, such as personalized products or items marked as final sale, may not be eligible for returns.

To start a return, customers must contact our support team with their order number and a brief description of the issue. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the product back. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for processing, depending on your bank or payment provider. Miraj Store reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy guidelines.
